SPIRE branch lobbies are open for all transactions.

Walk-in teller transactions are available. We encourage you to book an appointment for all other services.

We continue to follow recent recommendations from the CDC and Minnesota Department of Health.

Walk-in to the lobby for account transactions and notary services at the teller line,  and use of the coin counter.

Teller transactions include:

Maintaining a safe place for you and our staff is very important to us. We will continue to follow CDC guidelines on social distancing and plexiglass has been installed at all of our teller windows and offices. SPIRE branches are being cleaned daily and we will disinfect after each transaction.

In accordance with the Executive Order 20-81, face masks are required inside branch lobbies.

Your Money is Safe at SPIRE

Federally insured credit unions like SPIRE offer a safe place for your money. All deposits at federally insured credit unions are protected by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund, with deposits insured up to at least $250,000. Credit union members have never lost a penny of insured savings at a federally insured credit union.

Helping You Keep Your Dreams on Track

SPIRE is working on a daily basis to put measures in place to support the needs of our members impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. If your income has been affected by COVID-19 and you need payment relief on your SPIRE loan, please contact us.  Options are available for deferring or reducing payments without a fee.

Also, on a case-by-case basis, we are offering fee refunds for members with income affected by COVID-19 who contact us.  At SPIRE, we care about you and your financial well-being.

Giving Big When People Need it the Most

Recognizing the deep impact COVID-19 has been causing throughout Minnesota, SPIRE organized a campaign to give $250,000 to 187 Minnesota businesses and charities. In a unique approach, SPIRE’s leadership reached out to each of its 300 employees among 20 branches and 20 administrative departments to select local businesses and charities.

The 187 businesses represent communities throughout Minnesota and SPIRE’s 20-branch service area. Causes included animals, cancer, child wellness, community outreach, financial education, homelessness, hunger, mental health, veterans and more.
