First-time Login to SPIRE Digital Banking

Have you tried logging in for the first time to SPIRE Digital Banking and gotten locked out? Did you try to download the new app and it didn't work? Getting access to your accounts for the first time can be frustrating, but rest assured, we are here to help.

Over 30% of our membership has already logged in for the first time and is enjoying the new features of SPIRE Digital Banking. We are committed to helping you do the same.
 

What to do if you're locked out

For the security of your identity and finances, we ask that you verify your identity and provide information including your Social Security Number, account number, birthdate, as well as the phone number and email address we have on file for you.

Confirm Your Contact Information
If you are entering your correct phone number and email address but getting locked out, then the information we have on file for you may be incorrect. Please contact us or complete the online change request form to update your information so you can use it to login.

Know Your Account Number
You can find this on your SPIRE member card or at the bottom of your checks. It is the last 4-6 digits of the MICR number on your check.

If your checks are more than two years old and there are only 10 digits in the MICR number,
then your account number is the 2nd through the 7th numbers.

We are experiencing higher call volume than usual. We have brought in extra help to assist you. When you call us at 651.215.3500, press 7 right away for digital banking help. When you do, you tap into our extra resources and the average wait time is between 5-10 minutes. 

Our Contact Center hours are Friday 8:00-6:00, Saturday 8:30-12:00, and Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00.

We have many resources on our website to help you with logging in. We encourage you to use our First-time Login Guide and FAQs to get the answers you need at myspire.com/digitalbanking.

If you need extra help logging into SPIRE Digital Banking, you can book an appointment at your local SPIRE brach and a representative will walk you through the process.
 

Tips on logging in

If you are the Primary accountholder (you're listed first on your statements), enter your current username and request a temporary password.

If you are a Joint accountholder, you will need to create a separate username and password.
