Rachael Reiling Awarded SPACC Emerging Volunteer Award

SPIRE Business Development Manager, Rachael Reiling, was awarded the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce (SPACC) Emerging Volunteer Award in early November. Reiling, along with five local businesses and one other individual, received awards celebrating excellence in business and leadership at the SPACC Ninth Annual Chamber Honors.

Reiling has been involved with the SPACC for four years and serves on two committees: Ambassador - focusing on membership growth and retention - and YPro (Young Professionals) - connecting young leaders throughout the Twin Cities while focusing on professional leadership development and community give back.

“I was so surprised when they read my name at the awards ceremony!” says Reiling, “I am incredibly passionate about serving our members and the local community, and grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given to work in this capacity.”

Reiling is very active in the community.  She serves as the Chair for the Eagan YMCA, member of two Dakota County Regional Chamber committees, SNOW ANGEL for DARTS Senior Services, classroom volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement, and coordinating Lowertown Cleanup Team efforts. She also actively supports the wide-ranging SPIRE Give Back initiates.

In addition, Rachael recently volunteered in Bangkok, Thailand, where she worked with the Foundation for Women of Thailand, a non-profit who advocates for and rehabilitates survivors of human trafficking.

“We are beyond proud of Rachael!” says Dan Stoltz, SPIRE President and CEO, “Her contributions have made SPIRE a leader, allowing us to serve our members to the highest potential. She is truly deserving of this honor and recognition from the business community.”
