Our Core Value at SPIRE is We Care. To care is how we act each and every day. Especially now, as we work together through the COVID-19 pandemic, caring is how we begin each decision to provide service to you while keeping you and our staff safe.
We are starting to reopen our lobbies on Monday, June 15 with social distancing and cleaning procedures in place to adhere to CDC and local guidelines. The re-opening of SPIRE St. Cloud and SPIRE St. Paul will be determined at a later date.
Starting Monday, we will offer three ways to assist you based on the service you need:

Drive-up
We will continue to offer expanded service from our 17 drive-thru locations and encourage you to take advantage of these.
Expanded services include account transactions, account opening, notary services, and more.
Walk-in
Walk-in to the lobby for simple account transactions at the teller line, notary services, access to your safe deposit box, and use of the coin counter. Transactions include withdrawals, deposits, bill payments, and transfers.
Please follow the social distancing floor decals and you're encouraged to wear a mask while visiting.
Appointment Only
If you're interested in opening a new account or loan, closing on a loan, opening a safe deposit box, or receiving financial planning guidance, we ask that you make an appointment before you arrive. This will help us plan for your visit while limiting the number of people inside the building.

Maintaining a safe place for you and our staff is very important to us. We will continue to follow CDC guidelines on social distancing and plexiglass has been installed at all of our teller windows and offices.
We will be wearing masks for your protection and ask that you do the same.
SPIRE branches are being cleaned daily and we'll disinfect after each transaction.
