SPIRE Receives Four National Marketing Awards

SPIRE Credit Union was recently honored with four Diamond Awards at the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council Conference.
Credit Unions from across the country submitted over 1,100 entries for 36 award categories.  Within the greater than $1 billion credit union asset size class, SPIRE received four Diamond Awards:

  • Social Media – SPIRE Values Winter 
  • Video Commercial – 60+ seconds – SPIRE Long Form Member Testimonials
  • Financial Education – Building Financial Freedom: SPIRE Adult and Youth Financial Literacy Outreach
  • Multifaceted: Category’s Best! – SPIRE: With You At Every Turn 

Category’s Best was won for SPIRE’s new animation-based advertising campaign. Dan Stoltz, SPIRE President and CEO, tells consumers that SPIRE is with you at every turn in life – on the big days and all of the days in between.  Animated advertising is a new twist for SPIRE, which was based on their successful member testimonials where Stoltz drives the beloved “Archie” pickup truck to visit various members.
“Our marketing efforts continue to be innovative, and stay true to the values we hold at SPIRE,” said Casey Carlson, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Development.
Presented by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing & Business Development Council, the Diamond Awards recognize and reward creative excellence and outstanding results in marketing.  Since 2013, SPIRE has been honored to receive 18 Diamond Awards including four Category’s Best awards.
