At SPIRE, our Core Value is We Care. Especially now, as we work together through the COVID-19 pandemic, caring is at the core of every decision we make. With the increasing cases of COVID-19 in Minnesota, we continue to follow recent recommendations from the CDC and Minnesota Department of Health. To help keep you and our staff safe, we are taking extra precautions while providing service to you when you need us most.
Starting Friday, November 27*, we will be pausing walk-in teller transactions inside our lobbies.

Drive-up
We will continue to offer expanded service from our 17 drive-thru locations and encourage you to take advantage of these.
Expanded Drive-thru services include:
account transactions, account opening, notary services, and more.
Appointment
We will be accepting appointments to meet face-to-face with a SPIRE representative for select services.
We ask that you book your appointment in advance so we can plan for your visit.
Appointment services include:
opening a new account or loan, closing on a loan, opening or accessing a safe deposit box, activating your SPIRE Digital Banking access, and receiving financial planning guidance.

Walk-in
Services you would normally receive at the teller line will not be available at this time.
We ask that you use the drive-thru for these transactions.
Coin counters will also not be available.
If you are planning to drop-off toys for the SPIRE Toy Drive, the collection bin will be available just inside the main entrance.

We will continue to notify members via email and on myspire.com when we anticipate providing full lobby services again at our branches.
