SPIRE offers FREE financial literacy training to local youth and communities.

SPIRE Credit Union strives to support our local communities and improve the quality of life for those living in our communities by providing financial literacy education. Our ultimate goal is to emphasize the reality of attaining financial freedom.

We work with a wide variety of agencies, organizations and schools throughout our service area to uphold the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People” and are always looking to expand our efforts.

Financial Counseling

LSS Financial Counseling is a member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) and serves all people regardless of race, creed, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or age. They offer free budget and debt counseling, foreclosure prevention help, and low-fee debt management plans (DMP) to resolve credit card debt faster. They help over 10,000 families of all incomes, each year.
