You will use your current username to login. You will follow a verification process and be asked to reset your password.
If you have multiple usernames, pick the one you want to continue to use. Moving forward, you will only use this username to access your SPIRE accounts.
If you currently “borrow” or share someone else’s username and password to login, you will be asked to create your own.
Use your current username you use to login to your business accounts.
If you have a Tax Identification Number (TIN) for your business: You will need to login to both your personal and business accounts separately.
If you do not have a TIN and use your personal Social Security Number for your business: You will only need to login under one of your current usernames. You will see all of your personal and business accounts together under a single username.
If you are using Internet Explorer, it is no longer supported by Microsoft and it will not work with SPIRE Digital Banking. You will need to either update to Microsoft Edge or use a different browser like Google Chrome.
Make sure your device has been updated to the latest operating system.

You will need to know the following information to confirm your identity:
SPIRE account number
Date of Birth
SSN
Email Address on file
Phone Number on file
If you feel the contact information we have on file for you is incorrect, Request to Update Your Contact Information.

You can find this on your SPIRE member card or at the bottom of your checks. It is the last 4-6 digits of the MICR number on your check.

If your checks are more than two years old and there are only 10 digits in the MICR number, then your account number is the 2nd through the 7th numbers.
We have updated our password requirements and to make sure your accounts are secure, we are asking all members to reset their password.
Your password must be at least 12 characters long and include:
An uppercase letter
A lowercase letter
A number
A special character/punctuation

Review your accounts to make sure they are all there.
We recommend adding account and credit card notifications for your security. You can do this by selecting Notifications under Settings.
If you use BillPay, make sure all of your payees copied over and reset your scheduled and automatic payments. You an access BillPay from the navigation menu on the left side of your screen or the mobile menu.
If you want others to see your account information, you can grant them access by selecting Shared Access under Settings.
