Account Alerts

Setup real-time notifications to avoid fraud and easily manage your finances.

Notifications are available for your SPIRE Visa® Credit and Debit cards as well as any SPIRE account. Activate them all in SPIRE Digital Banking.

Customize Your Notifications

Make informed decisions about your finances while avoiding fraud scams and schemes with real-time activity alerts. You can receive email, text, or push notifications.

Customize the notifications you receive to avoid fees, overdraft charges, and spot suspicious transactions faster. Alerts are free, but standard text messaging rates may apply.

A variety of notification options are available to you to choose from. Example alert options include, but not limited to:

SPIRE Visa Credit Cards

  • Payment due.
  • Approaching credit limit.
  • International and online purchases made without card present.
  • Temporarily "turn off" your credit card.
  • Approval of transactions outside of your normal spending pattern.

 

Debit Cards

  • ATM transactions.
  • International and online purchases made without card present.
  • Declined transactions.
  • Approval of transactions outside of your normal spending pattern.


SPIRE Accounts

  • Transaction activity including transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • International purchases.
  • Approaching account minimum.
  • Balance and budget updates.
  • Automatic & remote deposits.

Activate Your Alerts

  • Login to SPIRE Digital Banking from your computer or the SPIRE Mobile app.
  • Select Settings from the menu.
  • Select the Contact tab. For text and push notifications, make sure you have a mobile number listed with SMS text enabled. Also confirm your email address is correct.
  • Then, select Alerts from the menu and choose which notifications you want to enable and how you want to receive them.
